Philip Armstrong
With a background in the Australian Army and a career spent leading and shaping the counselling profession across Australia and the Asia–Pacific, Philip works with men facing the pressures of modern life. He supports clients navigating a range of challenges, including fatherhood, burnout from high-pressure roles, FIFO work, and life on the autism spectrum.
Philip’s approach is practical and grounded, with a focus on helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

Darryl Rae
Darryl brings his experience as an Army veteran into his counselling work, supporting men through a range of mental health and behavioural challenges. His areas of focus include trauma (including historical sexual abuse), alcohol and drug dependency, workplace injury, societal stress, and family conflict.
Darryl offers a respectful, down-to-earth approach and works alongside clients to support meaningful and lasting change.
